Character and Values

Andy Grove said: “Bad companies are easily destroyed by a crisis. Good companies survive them. But great companies are improved by them.” You can apply this business principle to life as well. People with good and strong character are strengthened when they go through a crisis. But people with weak character and wrong values are easily destroyed when they have to face situations they could no longer manipulate.
