Here is an important advice for young people in the work place. Build skills. Build a name and a reputation in the industry. Build your character. Do not get bored easily and jump from one company to another in pursuit for higher pay alone. One day you will no longer be young and you will realize you have wasted opportunities in adding value to yourself. And younger people then will take over your place.
