Be Well in Body and Mind

Developing Mental Toughness: Move your body. Eat Right. Get rest. Have enough sleep. Drink water. Get sunlight. If you are unhealthy you can be easily overwhelmed. Stress will have a very huge negative impact on you. Give your mind a break. Do not do dooms-scrolling. Guard your mind against the infusion and invasion of negativity. We need to have a healthy body and a vibrant mind as we navigate our way through these times of uncertainty. #PassionPurposeProductivity
