Learn to Be Disliked. You have to develop the ability to be disliked if you want to be free from the prison of other people’s opinions. You cannot fulfill your calling while auditioning for everyone’s approval. Being liked was never the goal. Being anchored is. The most effective people are not the most applauded; they are the ones who know who they are and what they are for, and have made peace with the fact that not everyone will clap. Stop auditioning.
