Action not just words

Love needs action. Trust needs proof. “Sorry” needs change. Sincerity is not proven by words alone. It shows up in behavior. Words can express intention, but behavior proves sincerity. Because love that never acts, trust that never proves, and apologies that never change will eventually become empty noises and not evidence.
