Age and Maturity

Have you ever noticed some people, no longer young, still throwing tantrums like like they are auditioning for a teen drama? Here is the truth nobody warns us about. Age happens to everyone. Maturity does not. One arrives by calendar. The other arrives only by character. Maturity is responsibility. Consistency. Seriousness about life. And the humble willingness to keep learning long and the willingness to be corrected when wrong. Some people grow older. Others grow wiser. Aim for both.
