Changed Behaviors

Do you know people who do wrong things, say “I’m sorry” and then do the same thing again? This may lead to the conclusion that:
1. The person is a liar.
2. The pattern is no longer just an error, it is a character issue.
Difficult to trust this kind of people.
Real apologies come with a change in behaviour, it is the only proof that saying “sorry” is genuine and the person is sincere.
