We make mistakes. We apologise and say, “I am sorry.” But make sure we do not mess up an apology with an excuse. “I am sorry…..BUT….the reason why I did what I did….” This is not an apology because the word “But…” nullifies the effort. Genuine apology also means the correction of the wrong that has been done. Repair for the damage has to be initiated. This is the responsibility of the one who did the wrong. If this part is missing the process is incomplete. #PassionPurposeProductivity
