If you are in a difficult situation, do not think you are stuck. You are not an adhesive tape. You need to move, to do things differently, think carefully and move yourself out of the situation. Some times there are situations that are so difficult you have no choice but to just wait it out. But after that you still have to move. Ask counsel from those you trust and weigh your options.
