I had a great time with the 70 plus participants for my last Leadership run happening in Shangrila Hotel EDSA today. Star-studded and many friends dropped by too. Looking forward to the second day of training tomorrow.
Training should be fun. The “Fun” component is key towards engagement and effective learning.
