One of the hardest things to overcome is the terrible feeling you have when someone mistreats you. The second hardest is when someone mistreats those you love. But to keep our dignity up and high is important than to sink down to their level. Do not do things out of emotional outbursts but do what is right and hold on to dignity and honour.
