Instead of waiting to be “motivated” before making things happen; why not make an honest assessment of the gap between where you are and where you want to be? What should you do in order to fill in the gap? Motivation is shallow and can only go so far. Determination and the will to make things happen would be more effective. #PassionPurposeProductivity
