Humor is good. But we’ve all met funny people who hurt others with their jokes. Smarts are good, too. But we all know intelligent people we can’t stand. Energy is important. But energetic people who don’t value others run right over the top of them. The key here is that our strengths are to be used to bless others and not to hurt them. It’s nice to be important but it’s more important to be nice.
