It’s irritating and can get into your nerves especially when it involves untrained managers who do not have leadership skills. But instead of resentment against credit grabbers, feeling that all you did is useless and not given the appropriate recognition; just consider it a compliment. When they grab credit but did not work for it, they do not have the skills to do it. Meanwhile, you have the skills and that will take you farther as you level up in life.
