Always a Reason

It is best for us to pause, think, reflect on possible reasons why people (boss, colleagues, friends, relatives) are acting the way they do. When we put ourselves in their position it makes us understand them a little better. We may be wrong, but at least we do not react to their actions because we respond instead.
People do not just behave for no reasons.
There is a word I have for this. I call this “hugu-tation!” 😃
