Quiet People

Quiet people in your company or business organisations are not necessary shy or weak. They may simply be thoughtful and very detailed while the loud and the flamboyant people may not be necessarily strong and skilful, some times the louder ones are hiding their insecurities. As a leader you and I need to discern which is which. And deal with each kind accordingly.#WillToWin2016
