Borrowing Learning

September 10, 2013

One of the secrets in developing personal excellence is borrowing. Not money but brains, talents, skills and experiences. In other words, you approach someone who is good at what he or she does and ask, “May I borrow your brain and your experience?” Now don’t take this literally and bring a chainsaw. What I mean is to ask. Seek mentorship. Poke their minds and learn from them. Do not be afraid to ask questions. Winners are more than happy to share. Just be respectful and polite in asking.
