Stop letting people who do so little for you take up so much space in your mind, emotions, and energy. The people who truly matter are those who love you deeply, speak truthfully, and want the best for you even when it’s hard to hear. Give your heart and your attention to the friends who are mature enough to say what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. Their honesty is a gift, even when it stings. As for everyone else? They’re just opinions from people who don’t know your full story. Stick with truth-tellers. Face the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.
