Stubborn and Flexible

Great work requires being stubborn about your goals but flexible about your methods. The best people I know stick relentlessly to what they want to achieve but quickly adapt to how they’ll achieve it when they see a better way. Successful people I know stay unwavering in their pursuit of achievement yet quickly adjust their methods when they discover a better way. Most people, however, do the opposite—they stubbornly stick to their methods, even when better alternatives are correct in front of them. So be stubborn, but be flexible. #PassionPurposeProductivity
