Challenge It and Change It

This is just me but I refrain from saying, “It is what it is.” or “That’s just the way it is.” These statements are growing in popularity these days. The statements are close to an admission of surrender and helplessness. What we should always think and say is, “So, how are we going to change this and improve on it?” #PassionPurposeProductivity
