No Sterotyping

Have you ever felt a certain way about someone without really having a reason why? Maybe we’ve judged or stereotyped people without deeply knowing them.
This is what some people do with millennials. They are being stereotyped and it’s unfair. I’m uncomfortable when I hear people say, “the problem with millennials….” Every generation complains about the younger generation and truth is all generations have their unique problems and strengths. Better to guide, encourage, train, lead and help them realise their potential. I love working with them. When trained and led correctly you will see so much brilliance, talent and creativity. When empowered they surprise me with what they can do. #PassionPurposeProductivity
