Leaders who win the respect of others are the ones who deliver more than they promise, not the ones who promise more than they can deliver.” says Mark Clement.
One winning principle we can all cultivate for life is this: Always give more than what we’re paid for. Those who keep on counting the hours and counting the wages are never happy and worst….they never grow!
Happy growing today, this week and the rest of your life.

This is so true. I have worked with a lot people with this kind of attitude. They perform by the hour.

    God bless Mr. Franics! =)

so true.. if you working by the hour it just means that you are not happy with your work or what you are doing… and you just work for the salary.. in that case you will not have an efficiency and productivity in everything you do…

True. Not only among workers but bosses as well who give promises but do not keep/give them. How sad. A very common attitude among most workers nowadays…they count every hour worth the money equivalent for extra work done. I think there is a lot to do about values formation among the young generation because I believe, change begins from the very young & progresses to adulthood. You are truly God’s instrument sir because you continue to inspire people, that includes me. Thanks for the wonderful words of wisdom! In fact I constantly share them with friends & relatives. God bless you more & your family!
