Worries

Somebody says “Worry is interest paid before the trouble begins…” Constant worry is not a good thing. It can become a habit. Some times some people worry because they do not have enough things to worry about. Here is a very practical way to think about worries:
If you can solve your problem then what is the need for worrying?
If you cannot solve your problem then what is the use of worrying?
