There Is Time

“Not enough time” is a mindset built on a tyrannical foundation. The truth is you don’t get too much time and you are never without enough time. You will always make time to do the things you deem important. Get up an extra half-hour early, or go to bed a half-hour later each night. (When you exercise better, eat better, and have good thoughts, you may find you can do better and can sleep better!)
