Our loved ones should not need an appointment to experience our presence. Traveling all over the place this reminder resonates with me. It is easy to give your best energy to strangers and arrive home with whatever is left. Presence is not about geography. You can be in the same room and be a thousand miles away, scrolling, planning the next thing, mentally already somewhere else. The most absent person in a room is sometimes the one sitting right there. Do not be so available to the world that you become unavailable to the people who love you most. Give the people who matter most the best of you, not what’s left of you. #PassionPurposeProductivity
