Few things are more powerful than believing in someone before they believe in themselves. I’ve seen people rise simply because someone believed in their potential, and I’ve experienced that myself. Years ago, I lacked confidence, but mentors believed in me. That belief changed everything. Sometimes, all it takes is someone who sees the seed before it becomes a tree.
