Personal Excellence means you need to know how to read yourself. If boredom, exhaustion, frustration, apathy and disappointment and a general lack of ideas are evident, then these are signs that you are either burnt out or you are in a steady decline. You need to slow down or take a break. If not your work quality will go down and so would you. This is called “Breakdown.”
