Advice Not Feedback

If you want to get good counsel and advice. Here is a tip. Do not ask for feedback; you will get a critic. Ask for advice and you will get a partner. Change “What do you think?” for “How would you approach this?” and watch the conversation and the results level up. We need to learn from others. We do not have enough time and bandwidth to make our own mistakes. Others are willing to teach us, so we ask for advice and counsel. #PassionPurposeProductivity
