Trust is Earned

Smart people understand an unsettling truth: loyalty must be given before it’s earned—the same goes for trust. Many are willing to do business with partners who once failed alongside them but have since recovered and succeeded. However, I can’t recall anyone choosing to work again with someone who betrayed their trust. Nor would I. #PassionPurposeProductivity
